Enterprise-School Cooperation｜Litian, The First Training Base In Lianshan District

In order to promote the construction of enterprise-school cooperation and provide schools with high-quality education and training bases, on May 25, Lianshan Federation of Industry and Commerce, Lianshan Federation of Trade Unions, Lianshan Vocational Education Center and our company signed the contract of "industry-enterprise cooperation, school-enterprise co-construction" and the training base awarding ceremony was held in Litian Factory.  

After the ceremony, the three parties had in-depth exchanges on cooperation projects such as jointly carrying out the order-type talent training plan, setting up practical teaching bases and developing new technologies and technologies.  

On the same day, the staff of Lianshan District Federation of Trade Unions visited our rock drilling tools workshops, TBM disc cutters workshops, raise boring cutters workshops, R&D experimental center, and had an in-depth understanding of our company's product research and development, technological innovation, professional personnel training and other aspects. They fully affirmed our company's development prospects and self-developed products.

In recent years, affected by the epidemic and as the number of college graduates has increased year by year, the employment situation of graduates has become increasingly severe. Litian will strengthen school-enterprise cooperation to provide high-quality education and training base for schools, as well as provide more space and bigger development platform for students' internship and employment development.
